RICH CIHLAR
Rich's complex, multi layered works are comprised of mixed media, painting, printmaking, unusual matting shapes and a whole mixed bag of colorful & whimsical images from POP CULTURE and near perfect framing. Rich is an educator and a framer while also running THE POP SHOP, his gallery for local artists. The Pop SHop is located in Lakewood and offers affordable local art and custom framing.
